1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 10% of the total package price.
  2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable. It is possible to reschedule so please look to do that before cancelling.
  3. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. You may reschedule your session, subject to availability, without losing your deposit if you provide us with at least a week's notice.
  4. Deposit Transfer: The deposit is non-transferable and can only be applied to your own session. It cannot be transferred to another person or event.
  5. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot and before receiving photos.
  6. Late Arrival: Please make every effort to arrive on time. If you are late, the session duration may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
  7. Edits and Retouching: Basic edits and retouching are included as part of our standard services. If you have specific requests or advanced editing needs, additional charges may apply.
  8. Delivery Time: The turnaround time for receiving your final edited photos is typically [insert estimated time frame]. However, please note that this may vary depending on the volume of work and the complexity of the edits required.
  9. Usage Rights: You have the right to share your photos on personal social media accounts, subject to the condition that @ktflickedit is tagged in the post and unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. For commercial use, please contact us to discuss licensing options.
  10. Copyright: The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
